Incredible staff, service and views of Atlanta.

Such a great experience I blew off plans to go to St Augustine for the weekend to stay. They do need to make the $38/day valet worth it rather than having to continually wait 30 mins for your vehicle. Other than that, phenomenal experience, location and cordial upgrade to the 57th floor.

Expensive Downtown Hotel

Pros: Nice Clean room, pretty lobby
Cons: Mostly pricing should be valued at about half
Location: Lots to do. Centennial Olympic Park, Aquarium, World of Coke all within walking distance
Older Downtown Hotel, Crowded with a thousand Cheerleaders. Room was nice but not worth what they wanted. Premium restaurant was also nice and great view but very expensive for a steak dinner. Parking was also expensive.

Very Nice but still needs improvement.

Pros: The Hotel Staff was very pleasant, the restaurant (Sun Dial), the waitress, and the food was Excellent! The lounging areas downstairs were Great!
Cons: The rooms should be checked thoroughly for comfort and operations. If the visitors are SPG members, the points for the stay should be counted.
Location: There are many places to enjoy, Restaurants, Clubs, Sports Bar, Ferris Wheel, Sports Arena, Museums, Aquarium, Centennial Park, CNN News Center, etc.
The Check- In was great. Valet was great. The room was too small for 2 Adults. It was an OK size for 1 Adult. The staff was great. The room was cramped for two Adults, there was no place for 2 people to really lounge in the room, besides the bed. When the Heating unit came on, there was a sound that it made. I called maintenance, but I had fixed it before they got there. They only put 2 wash clothes and towels for one day, when we were staying for two days. The mattress (Heavenly Bed), was not, it was lumpy. The refrigerator's top half did not keep anything cold.

Nice hotel, poor communication

The hotel is nice and clean. We were on the 21st floor and could still hear the singer in the club on the street! Our room was not ready at checkin. The front desk told me that they would call my cellphone as soon as it was ready. A few hours passed, no call. I contacted them and was told the room was ready (no apologies).

Great location, in the heart of downtown

Pros: Location, height, close to MARTA station
Cons: The pending charge on credit cards when booked through a 3rd party
Location: Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, Coca Cola Museum.
Fortunate enough to stay on the 54th floor looking north. Staff was friendly however if you book through a 3rd party you will get a pending charge for several hundred dollars (that will be removed once you check out). Besides that being the only major sore point, the hotel was located close to the MARTA and to main attractions downtown. Uber rides can pretty much take you to all the tourist attractions outside of midtown and downtown. The room itself was recently renovated, the bed sheets did need an additional turnover when I first checked in, (looked like there was a makeup stain on one.)

SEC Game Weekend

We made reservations unaware of the big college SEC championship the same weekend. Parking was easy and Bell men to greet us was Great. Check in was very easy and pretty quick with it being very busy. When retuning to room in the evening, the heat was not working so we tried to call the front desk, in house phone would not work, had to get patched through via the reservation line. Repair was there in 15-20 minutes and heat fixed. Room was Great with AWSOME VIEW. On check out day we were unable to call and request luggage pick up so went to the front desk. No Bell Hop every showed up after 30+ minutes. Hauled luggage down got truck from parking deck. Was able to speak directly to Bell Hop an he went to get rest of luggage. Overall review, Awsome place very close to a lot of activities. It appeared that they were so busy there was no organization as you would expect to see from a 5 Star Hotel. I will give them another opportunity in the future.
