Thumbs Up!

Excellent value for the price. Staff was very pleasant, Room clean and comfortable. Location outstanding, we parked our car in their underground garage and did not move it until it was time to go home.

Great last minute stay

Room was clean and I even got upgraded. Guy at the front desk was preoccupied with his phone. Other than that. Everything was good

lovely stay!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
We spent 4 wonderful days in Atlanta for a conference at the nearby convention center. This is a wonderful little gem in the heart of everything for an excellent price. If you want the Ritz, it is up the street, but I am a seasoned traveler, and i will say this is as nice as any Best Western I have stayed at, especially the rooms themself. I stayed in one of those rooms facing Peachtree, and it was not really noisy at all. We were right across from The SunTrust Building, which is also the 2nd tallest building in Atlanta and something like number 25 in the country. was very pretty at night. The hotel is across from a small park which was lovely and well maintained. The staff was kind and responsive. Yvonne, the attendant for breakfast was amazing. just amazing. made us feel very welcome and always took such great care to make sure we had anything we needed. The desk staff also was helpful and polite. loved the bath and body works products too!

Very comfortable and all needs were met

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
My husband and I brought our high school son for a college visit and this hotel was perfect. We were allowed to leave the car parked in the garage and were in walking distance for the college tour. The complimentary breakfast was great and ready by 6:30am. I love the fact that this hotel was smaller and had a homey, safe feel but was right downtown close to resturants and attractions.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Was a little scared to stay here after reading some of the reviews but went ahead and got the hotel..not going to say to my surprise everything was opposite because I'm not one that needs all the luxuries of hotels..This hotel is great value for the price, location, and everything else..So please don't be taken by the negative reviews

Okay, for the price

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, friendly & helpful staff
Cons: Noisy
Overall, the stay at Best Western wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was adequate, and the room was clean. However, based on photos from their website, I expected a little higher quality of a hotel. They neglect to mention that this is a MOTEL. Our room was on a corner, which meant we listened to traffic and people rolling their suitcases down the cement hallway floors on two sides. The staff was overwhelmed, but very friendly. They were panicked about our room being ready when we arrived and every time we went to the front desk we had to wait for at least 10 minutes for service, as there was never more than two people working the lobby. I probably would not stay here again, simply because I'd like a nicer, more quiet location for a few extra bucks, but not everyone is as picky as me.

Uncomfortable Not Staying again.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
When you get to the hotel you have to pay for parking at the deck on the next street. Anytime you want to park or leave the hotel you must get this white card thing from the front desk. You are only allowed to park on the 3rd and 4th level of the deck and from what I saw there was no elevator. That in itself is enough to make me not want to go back. The front desk were really nice. But we had a problem with our air conditioner. I turned it down to 60 and it was still hot. We were sweating so bad. So we called the front desk. They said they'd send maintenance up in a bit. One hour went by. No maintenance. We called and complained & then 5 mins later there he was. All he did was sit there and stare at the air conditioner. & he said "If it's not cool in an hour then call back." Well we had to leave for a concert in an hour! So we were just like "Whatever. We'll complain when we come back & maybe switch rooms." When we got back at 2AM it was STILL HOT. We were too tired to care and went to sleep. The bed was very firm and for me at least it was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small. I didn't like it. Breakfast was ok. Bagels, sausage, yogurt. The free coffee was ok too. The vending machines were $1.00 for a can of coke. Rip off. Overall bad exp and won't be staying again.
