They were over booked and sending people to a different hotel all day. No call to explain before check-in. I booked months in advanced. Even the hotel we were sent to were frustrated with the over run. I do not recommend this place!

2BR/2B loft. Very nice for 4 adults to celebrate Christmas! The suites are showing their age but are clean and beds were comfortable. Full kitchen was workable for Christmas Eve and Day meals - laying low during a pandemic - but it would have been nice to have a few more utensils and dinnerware (setting for 4 - had to keep washing). Breakfast was good, to-order, and delivered each morning! Check-in was easy. Negatives - outside stairs were a little challenging to maneuver luggage, food, and shopping bags. Refrigerator door didn’t want to stay closed. Sink didn’t have a drain plug or a dish rag (did have a dish towel). My daughter was there a day early and could inventory so that I could bring other necessary items - otherwise full cooking would have been a bigger challenge.

The following facilities will be closed during January, February, March, April, and May:
