The first room the ac and heat didn’t work… got a second room and the beds sagged so badly couldn’t rest comfortably

We selected this property because of the Hot Tub and paid more than other properties that didn’t have one. Upon check in was informed that the pool are was closed for remodeling. This fact was not noted on any website when I made the reservation. So sad that customers have to call ahead to verify that advertised amenities are really available.

The room is large and clean. First true I was given, the door was unlocked and the bed was not made so they gave me another room. No problem.
