We awoke in the morning to discover a half-dozen cockroaches running around our shower/tub. Ugh! Thank goodness our luggage was off the floor and we did not unpack. Also problems with general cleanliness. Please damp mop the floors (since there is no carpet in the room) - my damp socks turned black from the dirt. Hallways / stairwells / elevator smelled horrid, a combination of mildew, smoke, and unwashed bodies. We will never stay here again.

I just love my beautiful cozy room. All updated and amenities like fridge, microwave, complimentary bottled water, sandwiches, snacks, ice cream, big screen flat screen tv, great channels, sodas, juices. A fantastic staff that could not be friendlier and with the warmth of home. Great location. Trees outside. Feels very safe. I cannot say enough about how great the check in process was. Just perfect
