Dirty Sheets!
The sheets were dirty in one of our rooms (I mean there was actual dirt in the sheets) and in another room the comforter was dirty. Also, there was also a half eaten box of candy left under couch from the last guest. We will never stay here again!

All of the rooms opened to the outside; you had to walk down a hill to get to the front desk/breakfast area

Somewhat deceiving
I have stayed at this chain several times and this was by far the seediest most run down one I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately the pictures online are deceiving to the true conditions of the hotel. It’s a motel at best. It could use a good scrub but nothing was outright disgusting. The free breakfast was adequate and got the job done and the staff were professional. It’s cheap and a good option for a few nights if you are on a budget. I didn’t feel 100% safe among the other hotel’s clientele. However, there were families staying as well that I saw. The parking lot is cramped and I was worried someone would break into my car. The A/c worked fine but was extremely loud. For a budget hotel it’s fine and nicer than others in town but I would spend a little more if I could to feel safer.
