Nice, nice, nice.

Nice room with nice view across pool, palm trees to partial view of sea. Booked gatden view rooms and a lot of the garden view rooms don’t have a view of the ocean. But the grounds are beautiful and make you feel like you are in paradise anyway. Great location for shopping, restaurants, nightlife, evening strolls ... right out side the lobby. Beach is very nice, large with lots of thatch huts that you can reserve online or try to get for free after 4:00 pm if there’s any still available. Live entertainment in lobby every night, making lobby lively yet calm. Outdoor patio ocean view restaurant was good for lunch. Lobby store and coffee shop very nice. I did not try the breakfast buffet but its in a separate restaurant that looked very nice. My only complaint was that one day we slept late and left the room at 11:00 am and we did not receive room service that day (room 2305).

Perfect location

I’m a Diamond member with Hilton and they gave me the 2 to the last WORST position room in the resort. Clerk tried to sell me on the fact that it was a nice room. They don’t honor Hilton member status when you book with 3rd party!! I wasn’t offered an upgrade or any Diamond member benefits. They did construction on the room above me starting at 8am. I called the manager twice they never showed up or returned my call. I request to move and it was denied. Pending Hilton’s response will determine if I ever stay here again or terminate my Hilton account. Other than that, the staff and location was great.

Beautiful location on the beach

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort. Top notch hotel on Palm Beach. The property is beautiful with nicely appointed rooms. Staff was wonderful and very helpful especially Eli! We had dinner at the Sunset Grille twice per Eli’s recommendation and were not disappointed the food preparation and presentation was stellar!

Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, pools, and beaches. It very Relaxing!! In walking distance for shopping eating out. If you would like to eat in the Laguna has a wonderful buffet for breakfast and for a fast lunch with good food eat right by the pools at the local pool bar or have your food/drinks served to you on the beach! I would def. go back & stay at the Hilton!

Pros: Everything was good and working as i expected considering that i am a demanding person.
Cons: see the above
Location: Dinning in different restaurants ,walking around and shopping a bit
staff very good and cooperative .A lot of freedom .Beautiful pools and clean.Beach close to hotel.A nice nature was created with trees surrounding the hotel and pools and presence of birds including parrots talking and ocean not too far away . The night atmosphere was excellent while we were on the balcony.

Perfect Getaway

Pros: Large grounds and beautifully updated rooms.
Cons: A Happy Hour
Location: There are plenty of little shops and restaurants directly across the street from the hotel so that provides lots of options.
I was a bit apprehensive as I knew the hotel had been there for many years but it has been completely updated and is lush and lovely. From the check in through till we checked out, the staff was great. The grounds are tropical and the beach is clean and beautiful. We came to relax and we did!

Nice Hotel..Great location

Pros: Location...In Aruba in my opinion the Hilton/Hyatt area is the best
Cons: The communication before getting to the hotel was terrible.
Location: Near various restaurants/bars. Right on the water. Water sports right there
When reviewing a hotel the price has to come into play. If it is a cheap hotel then really the basic should be expected. Cleanliness and functionality. We paid top dollar for this hotel and while the hotel was nice...it was not top dollar worthy. Rooms were sparse with no sitting area. The drawers for clothes was a silly corner type dresser. Not enough for 2 people and a week stay. There was one chair to watch TV but with 2 people in a room one chair is not enough. Our hotel room was the furthest away for everything. That is not the problem but it comes back to the price. Housekeeping could not seem to get the sheets right and the bottom sheet every night kicked up. Staff was overall super, check-in was swift. I could not find a way to view my invoice via the TV so I had to review it at the front desk. Food was excellent but pricey. Communicating with the hotel before the trip was terrible. I had to complain through twitter to finally get a response.
