No lobby, inconvenient

All rooms are in dire need of renovations!!! Drawers couldn't open, all furniture was badly scratched and worn. No wheelchair access, no elevators to rooms.
Beach was very near. Three pools were ok, but no people, very few at beach, yet was told no rooms were available. (?)
