The bed

After our second night I discovered a significant size blood stain on the bed sheet. I told the front desk and no apologies were made. You can imagine the disgust my husband and I felt especially since we had already slept in the bed for 2 nights.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Lots of pool

Pros: Lots of pools and the grounds was spacious.
Cons: Tell travelers that it's more like a home away from home.
Location: It was away from downtown Not much to do but stay on the Hotel grounds. Taxi to go downtown is about twelve-fourteen dollars
Nice hotel but it's a TIME SHARE. I wasn't told that upfront. They took a hundred dollars deposit which is not normal when they had my credit card. I couldn't get late check out because the OWNER was coming that afternoon. Some owners were barbecuing which was different. The apartment was small.

No follow up from management

Pros: Everything except management service. Luv the location
Cons: I cut my foot on a broken tile. Security gave me a bandage. The tile was change the next morning but no one from management contacted me for a follow up. When I ask front desk for another bandage, the manager said he knew nothing of my incident. Pictures and a report was filed by security. The cut did not allow me to go anywhere for the last two days. the manager said he was off for two days and no one told him. No compensation was offered. I almost felt like they expected me to pay for the bandage.

Everything you need

Pros: This hotel had everything you needed
Cons: If you are the ultimate lazy person, it would be nice to have wait service on the beach, but truly the bar and restaurant were within two minutes!
Location: Good location, bus stop directly in front of hotel, within walking distance to high rise night life and tons of restaurants
Great accommodations. Staff aimed to please, food was great room was large with full kitchen. Pool, hot tub, beach! Within walking distance to all activities in high rise area. We would definitely stay here again

Generally, very nice. Right on the beach which is lovely. They have a very nice restaurant called Pure Ocean which is part on and part off the beach and the food is very good. The one bedroom with a full kitchen in the newer building is modern with two bathrooms. My 2 additional thoughts are 1) the staff seemed a little detached which I find unusual in Aruba having been to the island many times, and 2) its a little more distant to other things than I'm used to but there is always a taxi or a bus (which we found useful and cheaper to use). This distance could be a plus as it is quieter. I would go back there or at least go to the restaurant.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very nice. Clean and beautiful sights. We had an issue with the ac in our room and they came right out to fix it. The service at the restaurant by the pool was the worst service I have ever received. The bar area was amazing but inside was terrible. Other than that the hotel, pool and beach area were amazing.
