Dear customer, we are sorry that the bathrooms did not seem well ventilated. Although they do not have a window, the room does and the ventilation is perfect throughout the room, including the bathroom. The public restrooms are on floor -1, right next to the emergency exit, and are constantly ventilated daily. We do not know what happened to the restaurant staff but they could have communicated it at the time to avoid misunderstandings. Greetings
