We love Broadbeach, the apartment was so close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, gym, beach. The amenities were great and unlike a hotel, they were quiet! With us being a family of five, we loved being in a fully self contained apartment.

what a disaster!! We checked in on Xmas eve at 2pm (because we were told we couldn’t check in and earlier) and reception was already shut. We were only left one key for each 2 bedroom apartment. This would have been ok - but the place is set up like Fort Knox so it was a logistical nightmare trying to get everyone in and out of the rooms/hotel. We phoned after hours service who were sooo rude - they said “you should have arrived earlier and because you checked in after reception had left we would need to deal with for the next 3 days until reception returned. This was completely unacceptable given the price we were paying per night and we had booked 4 apartments. The lady at reception was really helpful on her return and apologised. We also had a major leak in the room from the storms.

We stayed in a gorgeous, large 3-bedroom modern apartment. Great pool and spa, though the building shades the pool from about 2pm in summer. Fantastic location. Only a block from the beach. Heaps of dining around, as well as supermarket access. Tram station is also a short walk. Only downside is there is currently construction noise which starts at 6am across the road for a new building, but we assumed this was why we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
