This hotel is extremely worn. It is not the Westin caliber that we have stayed in previously. I would not recommend this stay to anyone, unless you get it for a deep discount, which we did not. Very disappointing.

The restaurant was overpriced and the additional fees were outragous!!!! Everything was good until I decided eat. A 25 dollar hamburger was ridiculous enough but an additional 8 dollars in junk fees was way too much. They won't see me again

I appreciated the ease to and from the airport, the upkeep of the rooms, and efficiency of the check-in process, and the comfort of the room. Only complaint is that we could hear guests directly above our room in the wee hours of the morning, sounded like furniture being moved on and off for 2 hours, but that isn't something that hotel can really fix!

Loved their 24/7 shuttle service from SFO. We arrived at 1 am and called the hotel. Shuttle arrived in 15 minutes!
