It was a great convenient location that was able to allow my fiancé and my service dog to stay after we had a house fire earlier in the night, but I did not like the fact that they were difficult in the aspect of check in and out. What I mean by that is that we came in at night and got charged another night even though I had already paid online, the security deposit was expected to be paid and it was as soon as we got there. But the next morning they were banging on the door saying we needed recheck in again even though we were already checked in from the night before after a long night dealing with the emergency services. Another thing was that I did not received the king bed that I had paid for instead I got a 2 queen bed with the same rate as the king bed I had paid for online which was very disappointing.

They didn’t have our room ready. We didn’t get in our room until after 9:00 pm. The staff was not friendly or apologetic. We travel from Oklahoma every year just to shop and we stay in that hotel. Won’t be staying there anymore!!! It was terrible!!!

What I didn't like was that check-in time according to La Quinta policy states 3pm. Our room was still not ready at 4pm and we had someplace to by 4:30pm. Came back at 11pm to check in and were given keys to someone else's room that was occupied. Was after midnight when we finally got a room. Front desk associate made a copy of my ID and debit card because computers weren't working properly. Never staying at a La Quinta again. Get it together.
