The Breakfast Buffet for $7.95 wasn't anything to brag about. Only hard boiled eggs, so I paid $14 to get scrambled eggs and access to the breakfast bar! Quick table service, but saved me driving after 13 hours on the road :-).

I booked a 1 room 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Breakfast was included with the room. The first morning neither of us had breakfast, but on the last morning we did. What was really aggravating was we were going to be charged $13.95 for each of us. I told them breakfast was included with our room, but they didn't take my word. The staff member excused herself to go verify my claim. I pulled my itinerary up on my phone to show her, and she took my phone to someone at the front desk to show them. They talked for a bit, and then she cam back with my phone and informed me it was okay. I have never stayed anywhere that I had to prove my breakfast was included! It was insulting that my word wasn't enough.

I like the breakfast was made to order. Thanks to Frank the veggie and sausage omlets were so good. Attentive service from front desk for the pool, blankets and airport shuttle service. Thanks for a great stay.

Social distancing and wearing a mask NOT! The main receptionist wears no mask. The bar area filled with people side by side. Makes me wonder if Hilton realizes there is a pandemic going on?

SuperStay Away

We attended a wedding in the area and this hotel hit a home run in accomodations, Full bar for gatherings along with ample room to mingle at all times, The rooms are excellent and very clean. Sleeping is no problem in very comfortable beds and quiet. The price is over competitive for the market and should be full at all times. Just enjoyed our weekend to the MAX and you will too.

very nice and comfortable

Pros: Quiet
A very nice hotel just impossible to get to due to hwy construction. The exit ramp was closed and traffic was crawling. Thank goodness for gps, but even with that they don't give u road closures and it took us 45min instead of 10 min!

Rest and Relaxation at its Best!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The Hilton Garden Inn in Grapevine, TX offers the best comfort away from home. I stayed in a suite with a whirlpool tub and it was fabulous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The whirlpool tub was huge and oh so relaxing. There was plenty of hot water, even after filling the tub. The complimentary shuttle service is outstanding and very accommodating providing free transportation to and from DFW international and other locations in the direct vicinity. I'm a frequent traveler, and this hotel is at the top of my list of places to stay at now. Bottom line, I would recommend this hotel based upon the quality and comfort the room provided.
