When we first arrived at 11pm the key card wouldn’t work. I went back downstairs and reported it. They told me the battery has to be changed and we had to wait for the maintenance man to come do it. So we waited and finally got it exchanged. Wouldn’t it be nice to be offered another room instead of waiting in the hall Second there was no cold water. Sounds not to bad but you can’t take a shower with scalding hot water.

Check in Staff was very friendly the hotel has been remodeled. Look great Rooms are very clean. The Marriott M Club was also a great addition for the Elite Members, Overall the staff was great!.. I will definitively I love the Hot Tub!!!!
