Always stay here on business trips and have never been disappointed

The room needed an update. Shower door handle was loose and crocked so water leaked out. Water pressure was bad. Bed was hard and uncomfortable . Our first room was missing stuff... Phone, tv remote, shower door handle. They moved us but that room should not have been used.

The room was clean and spacious. The mattresses were NOT the typical plush Hampton Inn beds. They were very firm and not comfortable at all.
