Before arriving, I had called the hotel numerous times to request special room accommodations, but NO ONE answered. In fact, I had to reach out to the corporate office to get in touch with that location, and even they did not have any additional contact numbers. The Customer Service Rep from the corporate office had to send an email detailing my special requests because they couldn't get a live person on the line. How do you run a business and NEVER answer the phone?? Anyway, when I got to my room I discovered a few problems with the bathroom. The water pressure (toilet) was low. Had to flush at least twice. Then, couldn't take a shower because the panel to adjust water temperature was missing. Instead, I had to wash up in the sink. Lastly, there were black spots on the ceiling in the shower area. It didn't look like mold, but it could have been. Overall, I'm so glad that it was just an overnight stay. I will not being staying here again and would not recommend this location to anyone.

It was the most disgusting place to go, the sheets smell so badd and the bedrooms was in terrible condition the curtains and everything and the bathroom was dirty

I was a little worry to stay in this hotel due to some of the negative reviews, however once I checked in I inspected the beds for bed bugs and found nothing. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean with the exception of the ceiling in the bathroom which had black spots. Overall it was close to the subway, several food places in the area and gas station which I suggest you use before getting into the city as it was less expensive I found out the hard way.

This place is a total dump. When I arrived, a hotel guest came to the counter and said he just checked in and his room was not clean. He said the room was not made up and trash was still in the room from the prior occupants. My room had mold in the bathroom and dirty stained towels. Called front desk for towels; was told they would bring them up. Hours later, no towels. I went downstairs to the front lobby and ask about towels. They gave me two big towels but said they don’t have small (face) towels. I’ll never stay at this place again

We reserved an accessible room. The wheelchair elevator to reach the next elevator was broken. There was no way to reach the room without climbing stairs. The room smelled strongly of some horrible air freshener. We asked the front desk for 1 extra pillow and were told there were no extra pillows in the whole hotel. The customer ahead of us at check in was asking about hourly rates, if that tells you anything....

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! The bathroom had mold and the other room was filthy and didn't even have face towels. We checked out within the hour and both Travelocity and La Quinta are refusing to refund my money. Completely unacceptable!

DON'T STAY HERE.. Place is dirty, ~ they gave my room key to a stranger who came into my room at 11:00 pm .. i checked out a day early due to conditions. They refused to refund me 1 night stay. They should also remove this property from their recommended places to stay... Travelocity did step up and provide me a 100.00 voucher. Thank you..
