First impression: the online picture is much nicer than it actually is. The lobby and the room had an overpowering air freshener smell. The man at the front desk seemed nice and told us that the front desk closes from 11pm until 7am, so if there's a problem to call The Baymont which is next door. The carpets in the room had many stains, it was gross! We did not take our shoes off except for sleeping. The tub had stains everywhere so we did not use the shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough. There was no kleenex so I had to use toilet paper. We went to check out at 7:45am. Remember they opened again at 7am. The front door was locked. I called The Baymont and the lady that answered hung up on me. I called again and before I could say anything, she said "the person from Rodeway will be there" and hung up on me again. I walked back to the lobby and the same man that checked me in opened the door and looked like he had just woken up. I told him how rude the lady at The Baymont was and all he said was that the person who was supposed to open didn't come in. No apology, nothing. Terrible service, crappy place to stay. I guess this is what I get for booking last minute. Everything else was booked because of Packer game. BTW the lady from hotels.com said this was probably a nice hotel since it had over 3 stars. I guess she was wrong.
