The place was outdated and mold in showers and toilets. Lights shine in windows all night. Limited kitchen utensils. Dryer would not dry. They advertised pillow top mattresses and beds hard. No parking. Do not stay in building 1 or 2.

The hotel is close enough to drive, Uber or take a shuttle to the Disney Parks, Universal and other attractions. We rented a 2 bedroom which was great for our group size of 4. Had all we needed . Washer/dryer, dish washer, full size fridge and stove and a nice dining table. Lots of room. View of the pool was nice. Some furniture was older and worn in places however it didn’t bother us as we were not there to sit in the room and admire the furniture . lol . Staff was friendly and if you’re looking for tickets to various attractions they have a place you can get them Monday-Friday. They say at discounted prices however we didn’t compare prices as we went with no specific plan and decided what to do usually the night before according to the weather as it was cool weather during our visit to Florida. Overall it was a good stay and would stay there again.

The property was nice and the room was very spacious. There was a convenient store and several dinning options. My biggest complaint is that it was impossible to get a hold of the front desk. You had to walk over each time to be able to submit your request for extra supplies. Also the arcade was nice but several of the games were not working with no sign that it wasn’t working, so we lost all that money. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
