Cheerful and cozy 2-bedroom house in lovely quiet neighborhood surrounded by numerous parks. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as sunny patio with garden furniture to enjoy meals and drinks in our fine California weather. Good choice of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Conveniently located to explore nearby cities and sites of interest, including Walnut Creek (10 miles), Brentwood (7 miles), Berkeley (20 miles) and San Francisco (45 miles).

The space
You will surely grow fond of this place because all rooms are warm and comfy, radiating absolute coziness! The cottage comfortably sleeps 5 guests and it includes 2 bedrooms, providing two queen-size beds each for a good night’s sleep or a relaxing nap in the afternoon. It has a dominantly white tiled bathroom that is sufficient for your personal needs. A kitchen with its kitchenette amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, dishes and silverware, plates, stove oven, coffee maker, etc. for productive cooking and delicious meals with family and friends. Lastly, a cozy dining room and a private patio to enjoy friendly gatherings both inside and outside the house.

Love the outdoors? No problem! You are surrounded by nature, lots of parks and known places (Brentwood, Walnut Creek, Lamoine State Park, San Pablo Lytton Casino, Graton Resort and Casino) for you to visit. Hungry?
