Nothing unique, we asked for room service never got anyone to clean the room, nothing replaced as far as towels, coffee, toilet paper… etc. When we asked for room service they said they would send someone they never came so the next day I asked and was told they have 24 hrs to clean up. There were also hidden charges $10 per day per person for incidentals there were 3 of us for 3 days so there went $90.00 which I know we didn’t use. No shuttle to historic Charleston so that meant rent a car and pay garage fees or call Ubers. We won’t be back there.

The elevator had an ordor of dogs. They never sent anyone to rix thermostat. The room was uncomfortable They did not give us towels and pick up the trash when asked. I just did not like the room. I will not stay again.
