The room was very clean and quiet. The only thing I can say that wasn't good was the morning coffee.

The “robot” concierge was not working well. Person on other end nice enough. Machine out of key cards. Mine had stopped working and two other people behind me waiting to check in. NO KEY CARDs. We had to wait for some one to drive over to help. Thank goodness it was only 15 minutes maybe a little more!!! The lady that came was lovely Cable out of sync both days. Picture and audio out of sync Until you get the “robot” concierge better organized I would always have a human for backup thank you Room was clean in a good location and otherwise would have been ideal

The room was clean and up to date. The tv was awful. Like some kind of Dish streaming and it didn’t really work. We were in our room a lot so this mattered. The staff was nice enough. The area has things close…but it was a dicey area. I would just stay in Redding next time.
