We paid $300 to stay night here because we were seeing a concert at the Amphitheater which is 1.7 miles away. Then had to still pay $30 for a shuttle to concert, only to wait in line 55 minutes after the show. I don’t mind the wait, but we paid extra to stay here for convenience, and could of stayed off the property for half the price and just drove, compared to the long wait. I’d highly recommend not paying the high rates here if coming to a concert. Stay off the property and drive.

Overall our stay was pleasant although I was unaware that they hold an additional $50 deposit over the cost of the room as a deposit upon check in. That would have been good to know ahead of time. The pillows on the bed were super comfy but for me the bed itself was too firm and made my back sore. We used the shuttle to get to a concert and it was perfect and super convenient!

The room had no soap in the dispensers in the shower There was no where to eat after the concert- when we asked a bartender if there was anywhere to get food she said no because they didn’t have anyone to work and asked if we wanted to fill out applications- then a second bartender walked up to her and exclaimed loudly “I hate when people are rude”. We would have gladly spent more money on food and drinks but after that disappointing interaction we just went to bed. The room, upon initial booking was $280 something. At Check-in it was almost $500. How many taxes and fees are they adding to the charge?!! When I asked for an itemized bill I was told they’d email me one but they haven’t. The hotel isn’t worth $280 and it DEFINITELY isn’t worth $500.
