Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding our key cards not working correctly on your recent visit. I have shared your feedback with my general manager to ensure we handle these types of situations differently in the future. Upon check in, any problems with the room that is unsatisfactory to the guest, the front desk clerk is more than available to accomodate any issues you may have, even if a room change is needed. Awesome

Pros: The staff was amazing & it was very clean
Cons: They should not be allowed to clean rooms until guest have checked out
Location: The location was Morgan city, louisiana
Everything was awesome. Staff was great but the only downfall was checkout was 12 & while we were swimming at 10:00 am the staff was already cleaning our room. Our stuff was still in there & we were not in there at the moment
