The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff, such great service all around.. I had lost my phone and left my tablet and they went above and beyond to help and definitely saved my trip from being a disaster so thank you again to everyone at Villa Bonita! The hotel is an a prime location in el centro at walking distance from everything and anything, give Villa Bonita a try and I’ll be definitely coming back.. Thank you!

Conflict when changing reservation, Travelocity

Pros: Hotel staff.
The initial reservation was for 4 nights. Then I called the hotel to reduce that to 2 nights. The hotel agreed. Then I called Travelocity also. They too agreed. Upon check-in at the hotel, they insisted that the original 4 nights was required and thus we stayed for four. That was okay, but why the error?
