Stayed for 3 nights . Check in staff was not very welcoming . I realize it was early morning and I knew the room would not be ready but wanted to stop in and let them know I was already in the area. They did call when room was ready. Hotel rooms are nicely appointed and modern but small. Beds and pillows are comfy. We were told breakfast started at 7:30am. We arrived the next morning at 7:45am and they were still setting up. Serving spoons not placed in any of the fruit bowls and quiche as well. Nespresso coffee machine was blinking red (needed drip tray cleaned ) and no milk in the frother. There was also no juice which I thought was weird but sure enough as I was walking out of the breakfast area (now its 8:15am) she was bringing out the orange juice. Breakfast was simple continental (breads , pastries, quiche and hard boiled eggs) . We have stayed at other hotels in Yountville for the same per night rate that provide a much better breakfast . Wine tasting at hotel is from 6-7pm. We arrived on the last night at 7:02pm, looking forward to trying a particular red blend not available at Walt but were told by the staff at Walt that Senza served. There were other guests still drinking but we were told happy hour was over, but if we wanted we could buy a bottle. REALLY !! Breakfast is consistently late every day and then we are 2 minutes late and you want to sell me a bottle . Shame on you, horrible customer service from beginning to end !

Piece of heaven in Napa Valley!

We could not have stayed at a better place for our first visit to Napa. The hotel had everything we could’ve asked for. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Alijay and Manny! In one week, they felt like family. The breakfast was absolutely perfect and the evening wine reception was such a nice touch. We cannot wait to go back and have decided to make this an annual tradition! Please don’t change a thing at Senza!!

Convenient location to Vineyards

Noisy location with rooms and hotel still under construction. This was a "work in progress" during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
