First and foremost, I would like to address some safety concerns that I encountered during my stay. The stairways were unsafe, with laundry bins obstructing the emergency exits. Additionally, the stairway itself was filled with dirt, presenting a potential hazard to guests. I strongly urge you to prioritize the maintenance and cleanliness of these areas to ensure the safety of your guests. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory. The discolored lamp shade in my bedroom was unappealing, and the presence of multiple broken smoke detectors raised concerns about the safety measures in place. Moreover, the hole in the ceiling was not only unsightly but also gave the impression of poor maintenance. Additionally, it was quite unsettling to discover that the occupants in the room across from mine had a clear view into my room. This lack of privacy is not ideal for any guest. The bathroom facilities also left much to be desired. The damaged wall and discolored tiles were not only unattractive but also gave the impression of poor cleanliness. I believe it is crucial for you to invest in the upkeep and renovation of your bathrooms to meet the standards expected of a 3.5-star hotel. Another issue I encountered was the lack of accessibility for all rooms via elevators. This could be particularly inconvenient and challenging for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
