The picture of the hotel was not for that location. Did not feel it was safe for someone traveling alone.

Went i arrive they chargeme $80.18 thay say i dint pay and y show that transaction on my travelocity confirmetion nd on my statement and they charge me $200. Deposit plus the $80.18 i request my refund they say may takes up to a wek for the return i will never stay at rhis hotel again I went for my honeymoon and was the worst nights i never thought travelocity have this type of hotel i wil say motels

Check in was an issue and the lady on the front desk had to get the manager to know what to do. When I arrived back to the hotel apprx. 8:30pm I had to take a shower in luke warm water. Then after that the smoke detector started going off for no apparent reason. They sent a man wearing a blue shirt and flower shorts that could not speak English. He replaced the battery and waited until hot water, finally, started to come out of the faucet and that took a while. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes the smoke detector went off again. The only bright spot of this stay was the night manager Roxie. After my second trip to see her she called the manager and got approval to move us. The problem is that the hotel only had two floors and there was no elevator. I was traveling with my 78 year old brother. After two trips upstairs to bring our suitcases we had an uneventful rest of the night. The next morning my brother took a shower and had hot water. That was good except when he tried to turn off the water it just kept running. It was not dripping but running. Normally, I leave the key cards in the room and leave but in this case I returned to the front desk and reported the running water and turned in the key cards at that time. The people working at this hotel were all pleasant and did every thing they could to help. After this experience I will NEVER stay at a LaQuinta again.

The girls at front check in were great 😊 super friendly and very understanding. My room was clean but limited in lighting it had 6 lamps only 5 worked lol. We were bothered by some of the people that were rooming next to us and also some homeless man wondering the parking lot. Other then that our stay was decent.

The clerk at the desk was very rude when I was checking in. At night when I tried to sleep it was so loud it felt like I was in the middle of a night club or something.

Hard floor in room was dirty. My bleached, white and clean socks were dirty brown on bottom after walking across floor just five steps. TV had 15 channels and guide was all messed up. Bath and toilet crammed into a 5x5 room with a little more than 2x2 square feet to dry off in. My son found five hairs in his sheet when he pulled back the sheets. Breakfast area small and inadequate—ate elsewhere

The room was dirty with hair in the sink, the sink didn’t drain, and the outlet by the refrigerator wouldn’t hold a plug. On a good note, the front desk person was very nice.
