Not sure its worth your money... Horrid Management

Pros: The cleaning staff were wonderful in doing their job. BUT!!! No concept nor respect for DO NOT DISTURB. They will knock call or harass you let them in
Cons: The management and staffs communication, and attitude. Ruined a couple of my mornings. Also, no receipt for my stay? Why not?
Location: Close to the Cancun center. Far from the Cancun party district. Nice water, but not the gorgeous water over by the party zone.
I was impressed with the housekeeping staff. Top notch, did a fantastic job, and worked very hard. They even went so far as to make adorable animals every day from the towels. It was fun. THE MANAGEMENT: So, lack of any communication by management. Rude at every turn. I understand there is a language barrier, but even with the nicest man of the bunch, if they didn't explicitly understand your question, they would begin to raise their voice, and give you glaring looks. It was not very welcoming. I was under the impression I had breakfast included with my visit.... apparently not. I found this out as the staff chased me down, screaming, and rudely making me follow, acting like I was some sort of prisoner, to pay the charged $10 USD tab for eating some scrambled eggs. There was just glares, and a generally unwelcoming attitude. I will never ever recommend nor stay at this hotel again.

nice hotel

the hotel have beach and pool different restaurants and activities you can choose from european plan to all inclusive, they have kayaks that you can use for free and beach las perlas have a very calm water, the hotel are closer to downtown than the night clubs but you can take the bus without problem I didn't have any problem checking in or out, this was my first time booking through travelocity and I don't have any regrets, everything was smooth

Really enjoyed this resort

Stayed 5 nights in June. Wasnt crowded. Outside bartender was a super nice guy. Room and resort were very clean and comfortable. For the price you cant ask for much more. If you want more go to a more expensive resort and get more. Planning to go back in a few years.

Great Staff

The staff was very accomodating. The beach is small and the water has lots of "grass" in it. Not like the beautiful blue/green you see in other areas of Cancun. The rooms were clean and no frills. The Italian resturant was very nice. The mexican was also nice. The buffet was good but nothing fancy. If you get a room with an ajoining door.....move......you can hear everything! You get what you pay for.....this hotel has great staff and they are willing to help you with anything.

A Great Resort

This resort was great! Very clean!!! The staff was a 10' We booked all-inclusive,--the best way to go. The food and drinks were more than what we expected! A great value for the money. We will stay here when returning to Cancun!!

you get what you pay for

This was my first time in cancun I stay there for 6 days in July of 09. My first thought of the hotel it looks clean the staff quick and friendly.The rooms are comfortable the air works pretty well. The negative part of this hotel is it"s there beach dirty.But if you travel to different areas of cancun the bus stop is close buy only 7.50 pesos. If you are in a budget this is a ok hotel anthother thing choose the all inclusive deal meals are fresh. Catch the ferry in puerto juarez not to far from the hotel to isla mujers it about 70 pesos round trip not bad. Mind you you do get what you pay for.

will certainly recommend

Our rooms were very clean and the service was a 10! Didn't have to fight for a spot on the beach or by the pool. Just the right amount of guests and not alot of loud teens.
