It is very chic and fitness oriented. The staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy, the smell of the lobby was wonderful and the room is very cool. The bed was comfortable and clean. For such a wonderful hotel it was reasonably priced.

Booked at the last minute because it was pet friendly. The staff was the most polite and helpful I have ever encountered. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. When I visit my son again, I will definitely stay there.

Trendy millennial hotel.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and large shower.
Cons: Noise mitigation.
Location: It's the .C. area, so no shortage of places to go, things to do, etc.
Nice property, though deliberately Spartan. Well located. Not well soundproofed -- noise from hallways, elevator, and exterior. Very comfortable bed and large shower. Parking is (essentially) valet only. I'm not happy that I'm not getting IHG rewards points because of being booked through Travelocity, so this may be a factor in future bookings.
