I did not stay at this property. It was unsafe. Room was uninhabitable and dirty. Elevators were horrendous inside. I decline to stay in this property and intend to dispute any charges. I expressed my dismay and dissatisfaction to the front desk and returned the keycards. Was there no longer than 10-15 minutes.

No hot water

Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Cons: See above
Location: Was strictly visiting family.
I had no hot water during my whole stay at neither the sink or shower. I told them about it when I left. I am not one to complain, as often these things are beyond the control of the staff present, and since it was a weekend, I was not sure if they could get someone there to fix it anyway. When I told them about it on my departure, I was told I should have complained. They offered me a free upgrade on my next visit, but what good is that, since my next visit may be years down the road. I feel I should receive some partial credit on my bill, but since I booked thru Travelocity, they are not able to do this. Very unhappy with this outcome.

I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the comfortable guestroom, cleanliness and good breakfast. We appreciate you taking the time to report to the team that there was an issue with the hot water, we truly apologize we were unable to immediately fix that. You took the time to report it and the other shift was not aware, that is something we are working on with better communication between departments. I understand that booking with a 3rd party does not permit us resolve this at that time, but we will review our policies and see what we can do differently moving forward. Thank you.

Good value

Clean. Older facilities. Slow check in. LOUD music until 11pm heard on 3rd floor. Limited breakfast- no eggs or fruit. Inexpensive

Beware of Bedbugs!

My wife and I just returned from a six-night stay at this hotel. My wife has over 100 insect bites over her torso; I have over fifty on my arms and legs. Our dermatologist says they are from bedbugs. I won't be staying here again and recommend that others beware.
