The property has a fence around it. There were homeless people and other types of people walking around.

Drug deal going down at the floor below us at 2am. Limited towels and toilet paper available, we bought our own toilet paper. Staff seemed to want to help but owner didn't supply the goods. Door to bathroom in the lobby wouldn't shut for privacy. Bathroom in our room needed repair. We left a day early, tried to let the front desk know but no one was available at all. The indoor pool was not heated, it was freezing and couldn't be used, I would never have chosen this motel if I had know that.

was hard to get in had fencing and a gate. Did not feel at all safe or the hotel clean.

I booked and paid through Travelocity, but when I went to check in, I was charged an additional $50 "refundable" security deposit. When I checked a few days later, and it hadn't been refunded, I called and was told it takes up to 14 business days to refund. It is now 18 business days, and still no refund. Not recommended.

This place is run down. No pillowcases on the pillows, bare bulb on the ceiling, smoke alarm behind the tv. Paper thin towels. Unresponsive staff.

I do apologize I have been working very hard over the past two weeks, as I am the new GM at this location. I am doing my best to clean up the property as fast as possible.

The lobby did not look welcoming, and the staff has terrible customer services. The towels were semi dirty. They had advertised breakfast but was told they did not have any today.

I think they need to be more clear about their deposit. I called ahead because I don’t like given extra money out. They just save ur CC info in case u mess up the room.
