When we arrived for our stay the room smelled very musty like mold. The refrigerator was bot cleaned from previous guest stay and smelled terribly. Light bulbs in room were burned out, carpet and bed sheets and pillows looked dirty and had what looked like chetto crumbs all over. When brushing my teeth the first night i noticed that the sink was backing up immediately and when brought to front desks attention nothing was done so the 2nd night i removed the trap under sink and pulled out a ton of hair mixed with toothpaste and soap. Breakfast was originally included when talked to hotel over the phone and when we went to breakfast they tried to charge us. I skip out on breakfast normally and just grab a coffee. When grabbing coffe i was told by the woman in the breakfast area that if i wasnt eating breakfast i was to pay $3.19 for the coffee. If im saving you guys the food why would you charge me for the coffee??? I would stay there again but would make it a point to speak with the manager before booking to make sure we dont have the same experience again. Overall it is a nice place they just need to hire better employees or train them better

Very clean hotel, only thing was there was no microwave in room and it’s hard with a one year old to not have a microwave.

The property was clean and comfortable. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was not set up properly. No countertop for toiletries. No lighting above the mirror for make up application. No shelf in the shower to hold soap. And us women we love to shave our legs in the shower. There was no ledge to put the foot up to shave. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
