The Pullman was in a good location and had a nice swimming pool and warm tubs. It would have been nice if the warm tubs were hot tubs, but they did not heat up enough.

The foyer was elegant and beautiful. No valet personnel to take our car, no bellman for luggage. Didn't know that it was $22 per day to park the car. The young man who checked us in was very nice but couldn't tell us about the restaurant on property or where to go for dinner. The internet was down the entire time. Furniture in the room was pretty but damaged by humidity and time. Not as nice as we had expected.
