Malcolm was so helpful and pleasant at the front desk when we checked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bela in the restaurant was super sweet. Great place to stay. Worth the value. Close walking distance to everything on the Esplanade. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Each time I went for advised they provided excellent service. My room was very clean and the view was beautiful of the ocean. Everything was in tip top order.

Nice clean room. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Location is good - near most of the Cairns tourist shops, restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the Pier for a trip to the Great Barrier Reef. Continental breakfast was good -- yes, I've had better, but it served its purpose. Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
