I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The free food and drink in the evening was pretty awesome too.

We reserved the suite with the separate bedroom. Enjoyed the room and having two tvs! Kitchen was nice and liked having a small bar to sit at. Kids thought the swan shaped towels were very cool. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered many choices and food was good. Kids loved the indoor pool.

You'll Enjoy This Staybridge!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, attractive & comfortable lobby
Recently stayed at this Staybridge location (Plano TX) from 2-3Sep2012. Reserved a 2 bdrm suite (#324) since my inlaws were visiting Dallas TX area for 1st time. First impression was very positive. Bldg looks new, clean and welcoming from the start! Check-in was a breeze and Front Desk Attendant was very professional and polite. All the bells & whistles they advertise are true to the letter. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the Food Service staff was AWESOME! My inlaws were very impressed with this Staybridge Suites (Plano TX) and I'm SURE they'll be 'spreading the word' to their friends when they return to their home state! :) The only problems we experienced on MY half of the suite was a 'slow-drainage' problem in the tub in the double-bed-side of the suite. Also, the #central# air conditioning in the bedroom with the king-size bed was unusually noisy when it kicked-on. Upon Checkout, I forgot to mention the problems to the staff...mostly because we only spent one night there..and..I was busy planning the next 'leg' of our trip. So..those 'problems' MAY still exist in suite #324. Other than that, "You'll Enjoy This Staybridge!"

Great value, friendly & clean

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
When we checked into the hotel later in the evening and the woman at the front desk had everything waiting for us. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was great and free. The coffee was good, as was the service. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for someone staying 1 night or 2 weeks.

Great value for the money

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Good for both family and business trips. Good location to Plano activities. Ammeneties were good. The gym was good and was actually more than just a treadmill machine. Staff was helpful and friendly. If there was a con it's the parking can be a bear at times.

Excellent Choice

I arrived at the hotel at midnight from driving all day. In the past, I've waited for a few minutes until a representative could check me in but upon arrival there was an attendant waiting for me and made my check-in very quick and asked did I need any help to the room. The room was very clean and if needed some assistance, housekeeping was always available. Would definitely return to this hotel and location!
