I paid for 2 adult breakfast and asked about it at check in. The girl at the desk gave me a small slip of paper that explained what choices were available to us. I came down to checkout and get breakfast at 9:45 and they informed us that breakfast was over and ended at 9:30. I looked for a posting or signage that showed hours of service and could not find anything. When I asked at the desk the women said she could not refund me because I booked through your site but she would note my displeasure.

We have a wonderful time at the Courtyard.

Pros: Our room was very clean and I felt like home.
Cons: The Ice-maker machine is not working on our second floor.
Location: This hotel is really close to University of Maine. It's next to Bangor Mall and so many restaurants. We loved a seafood shack "McLaughlin"s Seafood".
Friendly staffs and I love my room with sofa bed for my 17 years old.

Nice hotel! Would stay again!

Extra large clean room, large clean bathroom! Stayed in the room with 2 Queen beds - was surprised at how big the room was and how nice it was - lots of storage space, fridge, ironing board, hair dryer. Plenty of outlets for charging phone etc. Friendly staff when checking in and checking out! We did not eat there or use the pool because it was such a short stay. After driving 4+ hours through Maine it was nice to be able to eat/shop at places we were familiar with (Target/Longhorn) close to the hotel (we are from MA). Would def stay again, and recommend!

was very impressed with the hotel!!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
a bit difficult to find the entrance at first but once this was found it was indeed very nice. The staff was extremely friendly,only wish the restaurant opened later. Visiting my daughter at Umaine so we got in late and we were hungry and tired. All in all a wonderful experience. Will stay there again!.

Loved this place

Great place to stay. Very nice, clean, comfortable & uniquely decorated w/ far east style. Nice indoor pool & hot tub. Would def stay again.

courtyard at the marriot

we had a great stay! when we went to check in our room was not ready,BUT the helpful lady at the desk got us into another room :) the room was amazing and my kids were wowed! we plan on going back again soon!
