Once again indoor pool is closed. Front desk person was not friendly at all. The bed was so hard and the room looked like the carpet was torn up from animals, the bedding had cigarette burns in it.

This hotel was very charming

Pros: Quiet, comfortable and good price
Cons: Nothing
Location: Located a couple of blocks from main drag where all the restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, mall and entertainment businesses are located.
The lobby had stain glass windows. A older building with rustic charm. Very clean. Enjoyed a great buffet style breakfast in the dining room ,which was delicious. This breakfast was included in the price of room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a good quiet nights sleep on a comfortable bed. Would recommend.

Will stay again when I'm in Ada.

Although this was not the poshest of hotels, the service and staff were excellent when it came to any needs we had. The rooms were nice and clean and our room was perfect to accomidate my wheelchair. Love this establishment. Only downfall was that the pool is no longer opened.

Best value in Ada

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, staff, indoor pool
While this is not the newest hotel in Ada, it is well maintained and compaired to all of the other new and older hotels in Ada, this one offers a great rate and is a good value. What it may be lacking being an older hotel, is made up for with a welcoming, freindly staff and if there breakfast doesn't fill you up, will lets just say it will. I have been staying in Ada for the last 3 years and have stayed at every hotel in town and the Best Western is the one I return to every month.

Definately needs updating

The front desk staff was very friendly; however the room is still back in the 80's. Parking is very limited and the pool is super small.

Smoking Galore!!

I took my kids to ECU for the weekend. The bed was nice enough and the carpet looked OK. My only complaint about the room was that ihe bathroom had hairs and dirt buildup in the corners. The lobby was another story. The smoke was terrible. One of my boys actually had to leave the room during check-in because his eyes were burning. While we were in the pool area, I could tell when someone would enter the pool from the lobby because of the gust of smoke that came in. The dining area reeked as well, and it was very unappetizing. The room was clean enough, but pretty old. We took our prepackaged muffins and went upstairs. The guest rooms that open to outdoors did not smell like smoke at all. Overall, the room was surprisingly nice once we got out of that lobby area. Also, be aware that it is a MOTEL, and most of the room doors open to the outside.
