So many things... 1 staff was not helpfull when we asked for something. We stayed 2 nights swam 4 times and there were NEVER towels in the pool. I would ask and they said they were coming but never came. The beds were HARD. The fridge was missing a front foot and tipped everytime you opened it. I mentioned it to the front desk and they looked at me like what did i want them to do? The fire alarm went off as we were packing up to leave and that was the only time i saw compassion from the staff. Staff was no friendly i even looked for another room in the area instead of staying but there wasn't any. I will never stay at that location again. I don't know how you can charge so much for poor service. Wish I could have gotten my money back for such an awful stay!

Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. You can tell it is an older hotel that may need to get refreshed, but the basics were covered. The elevator made an ungodly noise when you reached the third floor.

Steven at the front desk was very helpful in resolving an issue with our room. At first we thought we would have to change rooms between two nights of our stay due to how we made the reservation, but he worked with a manager and told us he would call our room once it was resolved and he followed through and kept us in the same room.

Overall nice

Overall a nice hotel. Close to Mammoth cave...about a 15min drive. Good fast food choices around it. Easy on/off the expressway. Good indoor pool. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
