The hotel was nice and actually quiet compared to most hotels in NYC. It's an easy walk to Penn Station & Madison Sq Garden. The rooms were average size, with up to date amenities. The Staff was friendly and professional.

I get on a busy time of the year which is NYE. The hotel was packed and have to wait more than ususal for our book in but the staff was very kind and considerate it. The room was very clean and had view in front of the empire state building which was nice to see every morning and night.
