From the front desk to the front door, the staff provided such excellent service. They go over and beyond. The tone was set from the bellboy and I knew I would enjoy my stay. The texting system..... SMART MOVE!! I would totally stay here again. I really enjoyed my short stay and everything is within a quick über ride. What’s the secret to the beautiful scent that fills your establishment?? Omg I would bottle it up!!!!
The hotel is lovely with friendly and attentive staff. However, our room had a few quirks that others may wish to know about. First there is a window between the bedroom and the bathroom which permits anyone standing in the bedroom to have a full view of anyone in the bathroom. That was uncomfortable for us. The window also allows light from the bathroom to flood in to the bedroom when someone goes in to the bathroom and turns on the light. A simple shade could solve these issues. Also a Keurig machine was offered which was much appreciated, but it was wedged in to a cabinet in the closet where there is no electrical outlet in such a way that it can only be used by removing the machine from the cabinet and finding somewhere in the room to plug it in. A card giving instructions would have been helpful. If these issues could be addressed, the hotel would be a real find.

Stayed there for surgery. Things were clean enough except there were strange white stains on the drapes that we didn’t want to go near. The poolside bathroom was ‘under repair’ so there was no bathroom to use in case of urgency without disrupting the guest using the bathroom in the room. Staff were pleasant enough but the owner could update facilities, e.g., blackout curtains (and cleaning them regularly), replace worn down carpeting, provide safe outlet for refrigerators in rooms, etc. It is a good place if you just need somewhere to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. It is within walking distance to CBS Studios, The Grove (shopping mall) and the Farmers Market. Ate at Swingers for breakfast the first morning. It was ok - nothing special. We ate at various restaurants at The Grove and also Farmers Market. Parking a vehicle is expensive - $22 per day, but I think that is average for the area. Do not expect a wake-up call. Asked for a wake up call the morning we left - didn't get one.
This was my second time staying the The Sixty. The staff is very friendly and accommodates any needs you might have. Location is awesome! Very walkable to Rodeo and many other great spots in Beverly Hills. They have an awesome pool!
