Hot breakfast every day was very appreciated. Concierge service excellent. Desk clerks excellent. Bell hops very very helpful. Most important, we did not hear any noise, incl. sirens and car horns, as well as other guests, the whole time in our room.
We stayed here one night while sightseeing. Travelled by bus and port authority is across the street from the hotel. Location couldn't have been better. We walked to the theater and the metro was very close for a trip to the 9/11 Memorial and Ellis Island Ferry. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, ...

The room was smaller than expected but was good for our trip needs(shower and sleep). Staff was very helpful and made sure we ...
4th stay at the Element. Only complaint is the hand-held shower getting water all over the bathroom floor. Which was, I will add, very clean.
This is a good place to stay and explore NYC. It is across the street from Bryant Park, a nice place to rest, have coffee and people watch. Next to the Park is the NYC library, which is a treat to visit and quite beautiful.
