The lobby and guest areas are well maintained. The guest rooms, including halls and public areas are filthy. Drapes are filthy and covered in mold. The A/C vent was so covered in mold that I had to go buy Lysol wipes to clean it. The sink and toilet in my room backed up twice. The carpet is so stained that I had to wear shoes in my room.

Ice machines were out of order on the 4th & 3rd floor and I had to get ice from the restaurant kitchen, the next morning after waiting in line from breakfast I was asked for my "breakfast vouchers" I was not given any when checking in so I had to get out of line and go Back to the registration office to get them to give us & the room had no info on the hotel or TV or room service

People very friendly nice clean room with a view. Sad that the full service restaurant was not open since covid but many nice restaurant choices within one mile.
