Airlines generally do not guarantee fares until ticketing is complete. Thus, until you have completed the process and Travelocity.co.uk has issued your ticket, prices can change. This is true even when you hare holding a confirmed seat (such as when you place a reservation "on hold"). To make sure that you receive the quoted price, complete your purchase as soon as possible. Although you will see the current price when you save the itinerary, prices are not guaranteed, and no reservation will be made for you until you complete your purchase.
Fare Rules
Travelocity.co.uk's systems will automatically confirm that the flights you select do qualify for the fare you are using. A review of the rules will help you to be familiar with any special restrictions that your ticket may have. If your ticket is eligible for changes (not all of them are), reading the fare rules will help you know what, when, and where those changes may be made. However, if you do require assistance please contact our Customer Service Centre on 0870 111 7060 or email us at
travelocity@travelocity.co.uk.

How do I book an infant ticket
To add an infant onto your reservation, please call our customer support centre on 0870 111 7060 with your 6 digit trip id number. They will quote you a price and add your infant to the existing reservation. Alternatively you may email the infants full name, date of birth and Trip ID reference, we will then add them onto your reservation. The infant fare is approximately 10% of the adult fare plus tax, however this may differ from airline to airline.
Non-refundable
If your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE and you cannot use it please return it to us and we may be able to process a tax refund only for you. Non-refundable tickets are perfect for customers who know when and where they need to travel and are unlikely to change their minds. Non-refundable tickets are not preferable for customers who may need to change their plans.
Fare not offered
"Fare not offered" means that the fare you are searching for (shown at the top of the page) is not offered at all by the airline you've selected on that date. For example, if the fare you are searching for is valid only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, only Tuesdays and Thursdays will be highlighted on the calendar. Similarly, if the fare you are searching for requires a three-day advance purchase, you will not see dates highlighted on the calendar before at least three days from today.
Holding a reservation
Travelocity.co.uk will offer you the option to hold a reservation for up to 24 hours whenever possible. Sometimes this option is not available, since some airlines do not allow holds, and some fares or last minute purchases are not eligible. Also, the rules of a fare will occasionally require that the hold period be shorter than 24 hours. Price is subject to change and is not guaranteed until tickets have been issued.
Flight Timings
At the time the booking is confirmed on-line the timings are entirely accurate, but are liable to be changed by the participating airline. We strongly advise you reconfirm your return flight 72 hours prior to departure with your airline direct.
In the event of a schedule change we will try to offer you the nearest alternative, subject to availability. However, Travelocity.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for re-schedules made by the airlines either before you commence travelling or en-route.
Travelocity.co.uk cannot offer compensation or cover any extra costs incurred as a result of an airline re-scheduling flights.
Issuing Tickets
As a global agency, Travelocity.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any reservation if we do not hold the correct ticketing plate for the participating airlines. Customers will be notified via email within 72 hours of the receipt of the booking.
