The Hotel Providence is situated in the downtown arts district, three blocks from the convention center, and approximately 10 miles from TF Green Airport. The hotel is 55 miles from Logan International Airport in Boston.

Hotel amenities include ballroom and banquet facilities, business services, complimentary newspapers, complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access, concierge assistance, valet parking, turndown (upon request), laundry/dry cleaning, and an exercise room. Fine dining is available at L'Epicureo, an Italian restaurant that has won acclaim from Gourmet and Bon Appetit magazines. Brio Lounge has a bar menu and live piano music.

Guest rooms feature two poster beds, upholstered bed benches, oversized desks with ergonomic chairs, pillow-top beds, down blankets, antique reproduction furniture, complimentary wireless Internet access, 27-inch TVs, CD clock radios, safes, coffeemakers, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, terry cloth bathrobes, and bathrooms with pedestal sinks and gold framed beveled mirrors, rain-head showers, marble floors, and bath amenities by The White Company.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the Providence mall and convention center. It's also close to many bars. The parking is $24 a night. I would suggest parking at the less expensive convention center garage ($16 but varies). The suites here are better than the Providence Biltmore if you want a door between the rooms.
