First time to NYC! What a fabulous location to have the Marriott Marquis. Close to theater, subway,taxis & a rotating restaurant on premises.

The customer Service was very poor. False promises, little or no follow up from employees and managers. Very Disappointed in the staff. The hotel itself is very nice, the elevators are quick and the sushi bar is top notch. Undecided whether or not I would staty again due to extremely poor service.

My family visited New York for the first time last Christmas, and stayed at the Marriott Marquise. It is the most beautiful, luxurious hotel we've ever stayed in. My 8 year old especially loved the super fast glass elevators.The views from our rooms were wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They pointed me in the right direction more than once! We didn't hear any of the noise of New York, but could walk out the door and be right in the middle of it. That's what we came to New York for!
