I stayed there before and it was great. This time was awful, they assigned me to a room where someone was, then they put me in smoking room, the elevators broke, the staff had excuses for everything. For $* a night, that is outrageous and housekeeping woke us in a.m.

I've stayed in many NYC Hotels, this is the best: great large rooms, amazing food (Norma's & burgers), loved the pool & gym.The location allows you to walk easily to Times Sq., 5th Ave, Central Park, and an easy ride to Soho on the subway.The staff are helpful and kind. You will love it.
