if u must stay at the peppermill don't be cheap, because it's not worth the ugly purple rooms. the other thing that really bugged me was the service at the front desk. after explaining to them about the sleepless night and all the noise from the construction, they didn't offer me any king of... well, anything. i had to pay for my own upgrade to the suite. which i think was bull!

The value of the separate wings with 42" TV is incredibile considering the offers. Constructions start early in the morning, but with ear plug that's not a problem . And everything else is perfect. Eaten at the SteakHouse that's actually a real restaurant with great food wine and service. Prices are aligned of course. Overall a great place for a stopover and close to Lake Tahoe.

My whole family had problems with the rooms. My friend had asked for a smoking room and she got a non smoking one. When they switched the window wouldn not open. My mom asked for a 2 bed room and got a one she also had to switch. My dads faucet kept turning itself on. My rooms toilet kept running and the airconditioning didn't work. All this had made everyone get ready in a mad dash and made me late for my own wedding, They were not helpful when we complained and the manager was supposed to call us back and never did. I will never stay there again.
