The Edgewater offers an oversized spa and swimming pool area. In-room guest services include Continental Breakfast, pay-per-view movies and both cable and satellite television. Other services available to guests include a hair styling salon and 5 unique gift shops, including Petroglyphs, specializing in souvenirs of the Southwest. Free security patrolled covered parking is available in the Edgewater's parking garage and 20-acre parking lot. Both boat-trailer and RV parking is available in a separate easy-access lot west of the Edgewater. Free bus shuttle service is available to the lot 24-hours a day.

The Edgewater's three towers have over 1,400 comfortable guest rooms, one-third of which are non-smoking. Each room is furnished with either two Queen-sized beds or one King-sized bed. River-view, mountain-view and pool-view rooms and some suites are available. Data ports for computers are also available.
