This was our second time in Las Vegas and our first stay at Caesars and we were not disappointed. The room service was prompt, the food was hot, and the employees were very cheerful and helpful. The restaurants are fantastic and the service in them was great. We will definitely stay again.

Although the staff was extremely courteous and helpful we were disappointed in our room. It was nothing like the picture at all. Dingy and old looking, small and cramped. It wasn't the clean room I expected for the price.Food was pricey no matter where you went in the hotel. We ate elsewhere quite a bit.Very spread out and obviously added on - confusing layouts but people were around to constantly as for directions. We really looked to see what other hotels we would want to stay at next time due to the condition of the room.

If you weren't staying at an upgraded room, or even in the newer towers, the service staff ignored you. Everybody expected a bloody tip!!! I didn't mind tipping when necessary, but, come on, even opening a door by the doorman, should constitute a handpay!!

My roommate and I went to Vegas for the first time in the first week of December. We stayed at Caesar's and absolutely LOVED it. We got a great deal for a room in the Augusta Tower, there was a slight problem during check-in so they comped us $50 food and beverage for the trouble. It was a great hotel and I'd definitely go back again!!!

They didn't have the double room we had booked 3 months in advance; room was short on towels; a/c had a defective fan; they didn't send the promised itemized paid hotel receipt; and my daughter was denied charges to her room when at PURE because her name was not printed on the room charge card (The Front desk had assured me completely that she had authorization to charge even though the card did not have her personal first name on it). Very disappointed in the front desk clerks (they just yes you off); long lines to check in. I won't be going back to Caesars again.

I thought this was a great hotel! We stayed in the Augusta Towers and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The adult pool (must be over 21) was great as well! We also could not have asked for better service! The room service was great as well!

I really like staying in the Cesar Palace, excelent location, excelente, shows and shops. The rooms are really big and the bed is the best thing. The hospitality and the services are really good. The casino is big, but the tables are a little bit crowded if you want you can reserve a table. The food is good. When I go to Las Vegas again I defentively will stay in Cesar Palace

From the moment you step into Caesars you have entered the ultimate hotel. From the beautiful Architectual Design to the amazing pools. The rooms are very clean. The entertainment is amazing. The shopping is the best in Las Vegas or maybe even the world. Everyone is friendly. We saw Celine Dion's show A New Day which is in the colosseum at Caesars. It was Absolutely Amazing!

I talked my girlfriend into trying Caesars from MGMwhich was "ok". We loved it at Caesars!! During check-in they upgraded us to a junior suite @ no extra charge, with hot tub and terrific view of the strip. One thing that bothered me was they closed the pool area on Saturday because of some private party. Then on Sunday they had it closed all day because while they were taking down the lights from the party, someone dropped and broke some lights. And there was no one doing anything to clean it up. All said though, We would definetly stay here again

Caesars Palace was a wonderful place to stay! The service was on point 100%! I would stay there again and again! It was the perfect place for a single traveler like myself. We have stayed in Vegas numerous times and were looking forward to staying at Ceasar's for the first time. Were were expecting an upper level experience, but ended up in a room with an uncomfortable bed that seemed like it belonged in the New Frontier. We will choose one of our regular hotels in Las Vegas next time.

This visit was even better than the last. The Venus pool worked out the pricing issue and that helped make it easier to spend on drinks and food poolside. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and the coffee was about the best to be had. We hardly left the hotel since everything we needed or wanted was readily available. We had a great time and will make it our "where to stay" place.

Caesar's Palace is gigantic; it goes on and on and branches off in all directions; we were continually getting lost. Our room was dark and dreary and the mattress felt like a slab of stone. The food at Caesar's restaurants is only average and way overpriced. The only thing we liked about Caesar's was the Qua Spa. Though services are expensive, the facility is fabulous.
